The W Series Wine Rack Frame 10 allows the installation of our ground-breaking label forward racks through ceiling and floor mounting to create floating wine rack displays in commercial and residential projects. Off-the-wall mounting provides a versatile design enhancement to build room dividers, allow wine walls to press against glass, and help install racking in front of high-end tile or other materials that make wall mounting difficult.

So frustrating i purchased the racks thinking that was it . I received just the racks i have to buy the rest of the pieces separately double of money wasting time waiting
Also lack of communication with customers
I call several times wondering where is my purchased that i bought two weeks ago
so disappointed i regret to spent my money in this unorganized cia

They show a picture of a completed system when you order, but then only send you Frames and you have to buy the racks separately for double the cost. While the product is beautiful the website description is not clear.
