Helix Wine Rack Secures Dual Patents for Innovative Design and Functionality
VintageView is excited to announce that our revolutionary Helix Wine Rack has been awarded a design patent, adding to the utility patent granted earlier this year. This dual recognition underscores Helix’s unique combination of style and functionality. Designed by Joshua Paulick, the Helix Wine Rack showcases bottles in an elegant, angled, label-forward position, with a lightweight yet durable construction that ensures easy installation for any space.

The first utility patent (Patent No. 11,819,125) was awarded in November 2023, protecting the innovative ring configuration, while the design patent (Patent No. D1,039,921 S) issued in August 2024, secures the striking visual elements that make Helix a standout piece. These patents safeguard our commitment to innovative, stylish wine storage solutions.
“Our goal with the Helix Wine Rack was to create a storage solution that transcends functionality, offering a piece that complements and elevates any space,” said Charles Malek, CEO of VintageView. “Securing both patents reinforces our dedication to craftsmanship and innovation.”
The Helix Wine Rack has already earned six design patents in Australia, with additional protections pending in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and beyond. This adds to the dozens of patents awarded to VintageView products since the introduction of our label-forward wine rack in 2001, further cementing our leadership in modern wine storage.
Backed by our lifetime warranty, the Helix Wine Rack is ideal for homeowners and commercial venues alike, blending versatility with sophistication in any wine display.
