VintageView Wine Rack Rebate Program Terms & Conditions

Promotional Period:

• Start Date: March 1, 2026
• End Date: March 31, 2026

Eligibility:

This offer is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of purchase. To be eligible, your purchase must be made from one of the authorized participating VintageView retailers in the United States during the promotional period.

Participating Retailers:

• Wine Racks America
• WineRacks.com
• Rosehill Wine Cellars
• Wine Cellar HQ
• VintageView.com through select social media influencers

Rebate Offer:

Receive a $50 American Express Gift Card for every full $500 spent on eligible VintageView wine racks. The rebate value is calculated based on the pre-tax and pre-shipping purchase price. Only full $500 increments qualify for a rebate; partial increments will not be counted.

• Examples:
  • A purchase of $578 qualifies for a $50 rebate.
  • A purchase of $3,749 qualifies for a $350 rebate (based on 7 full $500 increments).
  • Purchases under $500 are not eligible for a rebate.

How to Redeem Your Rebate:

1. Purchase: Buy any eligible VintageView wine rack from a participating retailer during the promotional period.
2. Submit: You must submit your rebate request by April 30, 2026. You have two options for submission:
   • Online (Recommended): Complete the online rebate form and upload a copy of your dated sales receipt at [PROMO LINKS WILL BE UPDATED PRIOR TO START OF PROMOTION].
   • By Mail: Send your completed rebate form along with the original dated sales receipt to:
     • VintageView Rebate
     • 4690 Joliet St.
     • Denver, CO 80239
3. Receive Your Rebate: After your submission is received and verified, you will be mailed a physical American Express Gift Card. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing and delivery.

Additional Terms & Conditions:

• This offer is valid on purchases of VintageView wine racks only.
• There is a limit of one (1) rebate submission per household.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
• VintageView is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail. For this reason, we strongly recommend submitting your rebate request through the online portal.
• Fraudulent submissions will be disqualified.
• This offer is non-transferable.
• VintageView reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time.
