VintageView Wine Rack Rebate Program Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of purchase.
• Purchases must be made at participating authorized VintageView retailers within the United States* during the promotional period. Participating vendors include:
  • Wine Racks America
  • WineRacks.com
• Offer valid on VintageView wine racks only.
• Limit one rebate per household, regardless of the number of qualifying products purchased.

Rebate Redemption:

1. Purchase: Purchase an eligible VintageView wine rack model during the promotional period.
2. Submit Proof of Purchase: Submit your original dated sales receipt and completed rebate form online [Wine Racks America orders | WineRacks.com orders or by mail to VintageView Rebate, 4690 Joliet St., Denver, Co 80239. Rebate request must be received by May 31, 2025. 
3. Receive Rebate: Upon verification of your purchase, you will receive a shipment of wine from Deep Sea Wines within 4-6 weeks (shipment tracking will be provided). An adult, 21 years or older, must sign for delivery.

Additional Terms:

• VintageView reserves the right to modify or cancel this rebate program at any time without notice.
• Rebates are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer.
• VintageView is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected rebate shipments.
• Any fraudulent submission or attempt to redeem this rebate more than once will result in disqualification.
• By participating in this program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Promotional Period:

• Start Date: April 1, 2025
• End Date: April 30, 2025

Eligible Wine Rack Models:

• All VintageView wine racks purchased through participating distributors.

Rebate Offer:

• 3 Bottles of Deep Sea Wines (including shipping; valued ~$150) for purchases of VintageView products greater than $500. Wines included:
  • 2023 Deep Sea "Seahorse" Sauvignon Blanc, Santa Barbara County
  • 2023 Deep Sea Rosé of Pinot Noir, Santa Barbara County
  • 2022 Deep Sea Pinot Noir, Santa Barbara County
