VintageView Wine Rack Rebate Program Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

• Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 21 years of age or older at the time of purchase.
• Purchases must be made at participating authorized VintageView retailers within the United States during the promotional period. Participating vendors include:
  • Wine Racks America
  • WineRacks.com
  • Rosehill Wine Cellars
• Offer valid on VintageView wine racks only.
• Limit one rebate per household, regardless of the number of qualifying products purchased.

Rebate Redemption:

1. Purchase: Purchase an eligible VintageView wine rack model during the promotional period.
2. Submit Proof of Purchase: Submit your original dated sales receipt and completed rebate form online [Wine Racks America orders | WineRacks.com orders | Rosehill Wine Cellars orders] or by mail to VintageView Rebate, 4690 Joliet St., Denver, Co 80239. Rebate request must be received by Dec. 31, 2024. 
3. Receive Rebate: Upon verification of your purchase, you will receive an American Express® Reward Card via mail within 4-6 weeks. The rebate amount will vary depending on the purchase price of VintageView wine racks only.

Additional Terms:

• VintageView reserves the right to modify or cancel this rebate program at any time without notice.
• Rebates are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer.
• VintageView is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail.
• Any fraudulent submission or attempt to redeem this rebate more than once will result in disqualification.
• By participating in this program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• Start Date: Aug. 15, 2024
• End Date: Oct. 31, 2024

Eligible Wine Rack Models:

• All VintageView wine racks purchased through participating distributors.

Rebate Amounts:

• $10 for purchases $50-$249
• $25 for purchases of $250-$499
• $50 for purchases of $500-$999
• $100 for purchases of $1,000-$2,499
• $250 for purchases of $2,500-$4,999
• $500 for purchase $5,000 and greater
