The Sales Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in the growth of VintageView’s success and helps to increase the sales departments scalability and productivity.
The SCSR contributes to the sales team by submitting designs request, working with our returns team by providing them accurate client/project information, and reviewing our products on our distribution networks’ websites. This position is crucial for our regional territory directors to be successful and hit their sales quotas.

You’ll report to the sales operations manager, work side-by-side with our best in the business regional sales territory directors, have one-on-one coaching with the Vice President of global sales and have plenty of support from other departments.
VintageView sales department is charged with educating the top design and build professionals around the world about our product and taking our best-in-class marketing teams’ efforts to build new relationships and foster old ones. Core Responsibilities:
The SCSR helps to manage key client projects. SCSR responsibilities include submitting new projects and helping customers on behalf of the sales team by finding out details and pertinent information on new and existing projects. They also work as a liaison between our salespeople and other VV departments.
- Submit design requests through salesforce.
- Call customers to get information on new and existing projects
- Coordinate returns and exchanges in tandem with the operations team
- Handle incoming website chats
- Help the RTD quote new projects
- Forward emails and phone calls to the correct territory rep
- Rotate answering inbound calls
- Perform Web Audits of top accounts
- Help manage E-tailer customer portals
- Attend quarterly in person culture events ie. Top Golf, paint & sip, picnics, team building, ax throwing, chocolate tasting, team lunches & happy hours
How performance is measured:
- Product knowledge level after 6 months
- Ability to figure out issues and ask for help when you have gone as far as you can to resolve an issue
- Design submittal metrics are being met
- Number of VintageView Errors submitted to design team
- Response times to customers
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in customer service
- Demonstrates and applies multitasking and problem-solving capabilities to address issues within the company guidelines
- Organizational ability to plan and manage multiple tasks and a high-volume workload, and to effectively respond to changing priorities
- Understands and excels at basic math
- Active listening skills
- Ability to work and contribute to a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to outbound call to customers to attain key information
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (email, word, and excel)

Preferred:
- Proficiency in Salesforce & Netsuite
- 1 or more years of experience working in tandem with a sales team or 3 years of customer service experience.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary Range (DOE): $41,600-$55,000
