Looks awesome in my wine cellar
My Contractor 1st Choice Remodel ATlanta installed it as it was easy but better left to professionals!

This is a quality system and happy to have it in my home. Simple and effective taking minimal space for maximum amount of wine. If you are installing this yourself here are a few tips and the reason for not getting 5 of 5 stars.
If you are installing onto a concrete, masonry, or brick wall, VintageView does NOT supply these types of screws (after they told me they do). I used “Tapcon” 3/16” x 1 ¼” inch screws that worked well (found at Home Depot). The flat hex head screw holds the wall kit securely.
Tips: measure twice, drill once. If equipped, set your drill at just less than half of the slip clutch torque to not strip out the concrete. The ½” screw hole provided in the wall kits may not let you tighten each screw completely, thus you will need a robust flat head screwdriver to completely tighten these screws. Use a hammer drill to drill the holes and purchase at least two 5/32” drill bits as they will dull and make accuracy of the holes hard to keep. I made a straight vertical line on the far right and then worked back to the left, measuring and marking all the screw locations, and found this was the best way to keep my lines straight (both vertical and horizontal). A 4’ level is also recommended for this very reason.
Recommendations: For these all in one wall kits, it would be nice if Vintage View provided spacing options for various wall heights (8’, 9’, 10’, etc). This would help speed up the install process and utilize the wall height for both efficiency and aesthetics. FYI- I have a 9’ wall and thus used a 4’ long bottom rack, 4” between the presentation rack and both the lower and upper racks. The presentation rack is a little high at 58” at the top but maximizes my wine holding capabilities.

I just completed the installation of our wine racks and am very pleased. The racks are well made and look great. Our wine cellar is small and has a section of horizontal cedar planks surrounded by stone veneer. So attaching the wine racks to the cedar paneling was simple and straight forward. I think it would be a bit more difficult if it were just drywall over wood framing, but not impossible. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

We just finished installing these and they look fantastic! I was worried about how difficult it would be to install and I was well prepared to pay someone to do it. My not quite that handy husband installed these in our basement (primarily drywall) on a Sunday afternoon. They are loaded up with wine and look great – highly recommend!

I am extremely happy with wine racks from their appearance to ease of installation. I used a laser level on a tripod to assist with marking spacing and hole locations and this made quick work of marking and drilling the necessary holes. My walls were drywall with normal spacing of studs behind – but I have no concerns about the sturdiness of the racks on the drywall. I would definitely recommend this racking system – they look great and installation should not be a concern for most people.
