The Customer Service Rep helps to manage key client projects. Customer service rep responsibilities include submitting new projects and helping customers on behalf of the sales team by finding out details and pertinent information on new and existing projects.
***This is a fully remote position, you must reside in the state of Colorado, and be able to do 1 on site meeting per month plus in person training***
Responsibilities:
- Submit CAD designs through salesforce
- Call customers to get information on new and existing projects
- Coordinate returns and exchanges in tandem with the operations team
- Handle incoming website chats
- Forward emails and phone calls to the correct territory rep
How performance is measured:
- Product knowledge level after 6 months
- Ability to figure out issues and ask for help when you have gone as far as you can to resolve an issue
- Cad design metrics are being met
- Number of VintageView Errors submitted to CAD
- Customer service credits issued monthly
- Response times to customers
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in customer service 3+ years
- Demonstrates and applies multitasking and problem-solving capabilities to address issues within the company guidelines
- Organizational ability to plan and manage multiple tasks and a high-volume workload, and to effectively respond to changing priorities.
- Understands and excels at basic math
- Ability to work and contribute to a team environment
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to outbound call to customers to attain key information
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Salesforce & Netsuite
- 3 or more years of experience working in tandem with a sales team

Pay:
$41,000 - $46,000 per year
