Delivery – The rack came very secured within a wooden crate. You will need a power drill to remove the numerous long wood screws. Within the crate, the contents were very well packaged and cushioned. My components arrived without damage.

Assembly – Assembly is as described in the instructions/video. I opted to assemble via hand rather than using a power tools. The rods went together smoothly. I would say maybe a few had me concerned that it would get crossed based on the amount of force I had to use, but that wasn’t the case. This could also be attributed to hand fatigue towards the end of hand-screwing all of the rods. If I had to give a piece of advice it would be: when adding the second acrylic wall, before aligning the rod to the hole, lift up on the acrylic end so that the rod moves freely. After screwing in so many rods, the acrylic piece becomes tight and sliding the rod without lifting the acrylic may cause the rod to scratch the acrylic.

End result – I love the end result. I haven’t added the wall clamp yet, but I don’t get the impression that the rack will fall forward. I was concerned that maybe I was going too small, but in the end I think the height, 4ft, was the right scale for the space and I can add an extension to give the rack additional length/capacity (which I’d like to do). Even with the rack being full, it doesn’t take up much space visually because the sides are clear, rods are thin, and your eyes carry through the space between the shelves towards the bottles in the back.

I’m very happy with the racking system and would recommend it to others.
